What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?

I have been involved in the automotive industry in Poland for over 30 years. During this time, I have significantly increased the profitability of operational departments and then dealer organisations for premium brands: Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac, BMW and VOLVO.
For the last 9 years, I have held the position of CEO of the largest (factory) VOLVO dealer in Poland.
By implementing appropriate strategies, I increase the efficiency of organisations, contributing to their market success while maintaining the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction.

What do you do at MYB?

Consulting, training and project management in all areas of the organisation, with particular emphasis on appropriate service and management processes, inter-departmental cooperation, business profitability, and appropriate planning and budgeting for the company.

What do you like most about your job?

The process of achieving a goal developed jointly with the client using modern business tools and my skills, as well as harnessing the energy represented by the group.

And what is the most challenging?

The varying levels of knowledge and experience of team members and motivating training teams to change their attitudes and, as a result, achieve common goals.

What companies/industries do you like to work with?

I like to work with companies that are ready to develop their potential and are open to implementing the necessary changes in a dynamically changing competitive environment. I feel at home in the automotive industry, especially in the premium segment.
