What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?
My entire professional career has been in the automotive industry. I gained experience working for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad dealerships – I started out in customer service and parts sales, then moved on to develop the aftersales area and co-created and developed motorcycle sales.
I was responsible for sales development, process implementation, coordination of activities between departments and the achievement of commercial goals – both in the retail and wholesale channels. Today, I use this experience as a trainer and consultant with brands such as Jaguar Land Rover and Toyota.
What do you do at MYB?
I help companies sell more effectively and profitably. I conduct training and consulting projects that streamline the sales process, strengthen salespeople’s skills, and improve interdepartmental cooperation. I do not focus on theory – I work on real challenges and measurable results.

I derive satisfaction from translating operational experience into lasting business results. I understand sales mechanisms and can transform them into structured activities that increase the efficiency and profitability of an organisation.
What role does your own business experience play in consulting?
My many years of business experience in management and sales of accessories play a key role. Having worked in dealerships for over a dozen years, I know how important the synergy between sales, aftersales and modern marketing departments is.
Why do companies use your support?
Because they need a practitioner who understands the pressure to deliver results and the realities of salespeople’s work. I combine a relational approach to sales with a structured process that delivers predictable results. I help build sales based on value, not discounts.
What do you like most about your job?
Visible results – increased sales, greater confidence among salespeople and better work organisation. I get the most satisfaction when the team starts to work consciously and effectively.
And what is the most challenging?
The most challenging part is conducting a thorough, in-depth and multi-level analysis of operations in order to tailor the training or recovery plan to the client.
What companies/industries do you like to work with?
I am most familiar with the automotive industry, and in particular, due to my passion, the motorcycle market.
