What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?

For over 22 years, my career has been exclusively related to the automotive industry. I started at the dealer level, then worked on the importer side, and then in factory structures, which gave me a complete picture of how the industry works at every stage. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with premium and luxury brands: BMW, ALPINA, Rolls Royce, Aston Martin, Ineos Grenadier, McLaren, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and the Volkswagen Group. This allowed me to gain experience both in Poland and abroad, combining the perspective of local and global markets.

What do you do at MYB?

At Mind Your Business, I support companies in projects related to customer service and sales processes. I specialise in managing projects that focus on digitisation and improving the customer experience – from initial contact, through after-sales service, to long-term loyalty building.

What role does your own business experience play in consulting?

A huge one. I have had the opportunity to manage projects in dealerships, importers and factory structures, which gives me a broad perspective. I understand the challenges at every level and can translate them into practical solutions. This experience is particularly useful in global projects, where corporate standards need to be combined with local realities.

Why do companies use your support?

Companies value my knowledge of the comprehensive functioning of the automotive industry and my experience in working with many premium brands. They know that I can combine practice with a modern approach to customer service and process digitalisation, which directly translates into improved service quality and sales results.

What do you like most about your job?

I like the moment when an implemented project starts to work and really changes the customer experience. It is satisfying to see that processes are becoming simpler and more modern, and that customers feel the difference.

And what is the most demanding?

The biggest challenge is combining global expectations with local needs. Every market and every company has its own specific characteristics, so it is crucial to tailor solutions to comply with brand standards while actually working on a daily basis.

What companies/industries do you like to work with?

The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart, especially the premium and luxury segments. This is the environment in which I have been operating for years and which I understand best. It is also an area where innovation and quality of service are crucial to success, which is why working here gives me the most satisfaction.
