What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?
I have been involved in business for over 30 years, and in the automotive industry for 20 years. I have worked for premium brands – BMW, Mercedes and Lexus – where I was responsible for sales strategy, dealer network development and business results. I had the opportunity to manage teams in both local and regional structures, which allowed me to gain a broad perspective on how the market works.
What do you do at MYB?
At Mind Your Business, I support clients in projects related to customer experience management, improving service standards and developing managerial skills. I help leaders and teams develop in a way that directly translates into business results.
Please complete the sentence: I am a business advisor because…
…because I believe that effective business is primarily about people – their competencies, motivation and ability to work with customers. I want to share my experience and tools that help them achieve above-average results.
What role does your own business experience play in consulting?
A key one. I have managed teams, created sales strategies and participated in transformation projects, so I know what everyday life in an organisation looks like from the inside. This experience allows me to understand the challenges managers face and propose solutions that really work.
Why do companies use your support?
Companies value my approach to working with people – I am able to build bridges between strategy and practice. I help not only in developing concepts, but above all in developing managerial skills and implementing service standards that increase customer satisfaction and financial results.
What do you like most about your job?
I get the most satisfaction from watching people and teams develop. When I see that the knowledge and tools they have acquired are actually changing the way they work and bringing better results, I feel that my work has a real impact.
And what is the most challenging?
The most difficult thing is to combine the expectations of different parties – the board, managers and employees – in such a way that everyone is committed to achieving common goals. This requires a great deal of attentiveness, empathy and consistency.
What companies/industries do you like to work with?
The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart, especially the premium segment, where customer service and experience standards are key. However, I also like cross-industry projects because they allow me to look at business from a new perspective and transfer good practices to other sectors.
