Interview

What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?

I have been involved in the automotive industry for 21 years. I specialise in sales and sales management, and I worked in leasing and CFM for 11 years. I had the opportunity to participate in many nationwide projects, which allowed me to gain a broad perspective on the market and its development mechanisms.

What do you do at MYB?

At Mind Your Business, I support clients in developing their sales skills and creating effective sales strategies. I conduct training and consulting projects that focus on improving sales results and optimising processes within teams.

Please complete the sentence: I am a business consultant because…

…because I believe that the practice and knowledge I share can really help companies and people achieve better results. I like to inspire and show that even small changes in approach can have a big impact.

What role does your own business experience play in consulting?

A huge one. My experience includes not only daily work in sales and management, but also participation in nationwide projects, conferences and industry events. In addition, I share my knowledge as an author of expert articles and a participant in podcasts. All this means that my consulting is based on both practice and knowledge of the latest trends.

Why do companies use your support?

Companies value my support because I combine practical knowledge with training and speaking experience. I am able to accurately diagnose challenges and communicate solutions in an accessible, engaging way – so that they are understandable and can be implemented immediately.

What do you like most about your job?

I get the most satisfaction from working with people – observing how the knowledge and new tools they acquire translate into their daily effectiveness and self-confidence. I like the moment when training participants or consulting projects show their first measurable results.

And what is the most demanding?

The biggest challenge is to tailor solutions to the realities of a given company and the people who work there. Each team is different, so it requires an individual approach and a great deal of flexibility.

What companies/industries do you like to work with?

The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart – that’s where I gained my experience and where I feel most at home. However, I also like cross-industry projects because they give me the opportunity to look at business challenges from a different perspective and transfer proven solutions to new areas.
