What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?
I have been involved in business for 16 years, particularly in the financial and automotive industries. I gained my experience at Societe Generale, BMW Financial Services and BMW Motorrad. This gave me the opportunity to learn about various areas, from financing and customer service to sales and after-sales development. An important stage in my career was working for an importer, where I was responsible for cooperation and management of the dealer network in the area of sales and service.
What do you do at MYB?
At Mind Your Business, I work on consulting projects in the areas of sales, service and financial processes. I support companies in optimising their operations, implementing new standards and projects that improve organisational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Please complete the sentence: I am a business consultant because…
…because I believe that practical experience from various areas of business is best used when working with others. I want to share knowledge that helps companies operate faster, more efficiently and more effectively.
What role does your own business experience play in consulting?
A huge one. Working in financial institutions, an import company and a dealership has allowed me to look at business from different perspectives. Thanks to this, I know how important cooperation between departments, proper processes and their continuous improvement are. I translate this experience into consulting – so that my recommendations are not only theoretical, but also practical and implementable.
Why do companies use your support?
Companies value my ability to analyse processes and find improvements that translate into real results. They know that I understand both the financial and automotive sides of the business, and my experience working with a dealership network allows me to identify solutions that actually work.
What do you like most about your job?
The most satisfying moment for me is when, after implementing a project, you see real improvements – shorter processes, better customer service, greater team efficiency. This is the best proof that our work makes sense.
And what is the most challenging?
The most difficult thing is to tailor solutions to meet both the needs of the company and the expectations of customers. Every organisation has its own specific characteristics and culture, which is why it requires an individual approach.
What companies/industries do you like to work with?
The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart – it’s the environment where I feel most comfortable and where I have the most experience. I particularly like projects related to service and after-sales processes, because they largely determine long-term customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
