What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?
In 2013, I joined the team of what was then the largest dealership group in Poland – Krotoski-Cichy, responsible for the sale of Skoda cars in Central Pomerania. As part of an internal promotion, I was entrusted with running the used car department. After seven years in the dealership business, I decided to take on a new challenge within the OLX Group, taking on the position of head of the purchasing department for the 321 Sprzedane powerade by OTOMOTO project, building and creating the entire company – its structures and processes – from scratch.

Simplifying processes and observing the effects of the proposed changes – these two things have been putting a smile on my face every day for over 10 years. The opportunity to use the experience I have gained over the years and translate it into specific, measurable benefits for the business is very satisfying.
And what is the most challenging?
Properly identifying the client’s needs – in my opinion, this is the most important stage of cooperation, which defines all subsequent steps in the development of joint projects. Without a proper understanding of expectations, it is difficult to build the right relationship, which is why I always try to devote a lot of attention to defining measurable success indicators.
What companies/industries do you like to work with?
I like to work with companies that are determined to take action – agency within an organisation is key to implementing the necessary changes.
