What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?
I have been involved in the automotive industry for 29 years. I have had the opportunity to work with many brands – BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, BMW Premium Selection, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth and Hyundai. I have gone through the entire career path: I started as a sales consultant, then held managerial and director positions, and later became a managing director. This has given me practical experience at every level of the dealership and management structure.
What do you do at MYB?
At Mind Your Business, I support clients in the area of sales and aftersales management. I help develop dealership structures, improve team efficiency and implement solutions that enhance customer service quality. I also participate in projects related to the implementation of global standards and processes within large organisations.
Please complete the sentence: I am a business consultant because…
…because I believe that the knowledge I have gained during almost three decades of working in the industry can really help others. I know this business from every perspective – from sales consultant to management – and I know which solutions are effective in practice.
What role does your own business experience play in consulting?
A key one. It is precisely this diversity of experience – from working on the front line with customers to managing an entire organisation – that allows me to accurately diagnose challenges and propose proven solutions today. In addition, participating in global projects has taught me to look at business more broadly, from the perspective of international standards and trends.
Why do companies use your support?
Companies value my practical point of view and my ability to combine strategy with everyday operations. They know that the solutions I propose are not theoretical – they are proven methods that actually improve sales and service efficiency.
What do you like most about your job?
I enjoy seeing the results the most. When processes start to work better, the team becomes more motivated and customers notice the difference – that’s the best reward for my efforts.
And what is the most demanding?
The biggest challenge is balancing the company’s expectations with the realities of the market and customers. Every organisation is different, so you have to skilfully tailor solutions so that they actually work in a given structure.
What companies/industries do you like to work with?
The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart – especially the premium segment and brands that set high quality standards. This is the environment in which I have spent most of my professional life and where I can best use my experience.
