A trainer and business consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in after-sales service in the automotive industry. He developed his career in import and dealership structures, where he was responsible for warranty processes, technical support, organisation and implementation of training, and also served as Regional After-Sales Service Manager, Parts Department Manager and Project Manager. He has worked with premium and volume brands such as Volvo Cars, Volkswagen Group (Škoda, SEAT), BMW, Jaguar and Land Rover.
As part of Mind Your Business, he conducts training and consulting projects in the areas of service management, parts department and warranty processes. He specialises in process optimisation, project management and audits, supporting organisations in improving the efficiency and quality of after-sales service.
