Interview

What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?

I have been professionally involved in after-sales service in the automotive industry for almost 20 years. I have had the opportunity to work in import and dealership organisations in the areas of warranty processes, technical support, training organisation and implementation, as well as in positions such as Regional After-Sales Service Manager, Parts Department Manager, Project Manager and Implementation Consultant. I have worked or am currently working with brands such as Volvo Cars, Volkswagen Group: Skoda, Seat, BMW, Jaguar, and Land Rover.

What do you do at MYB?

At MYB, I conduct training related to after-sales service, in particular service management and the parts and warranty departments. I also participate in more complex projects in the automotive industry.

Please complete the sentence: I am a Business Advisor because…

I like change and new challenges, and each new project provides just that. There is certainly no boredom or monotony in this job.

What role does your own business experience play in consulting?

Thanks to the experience I have gained over the past few years, I have been working with middle managers
in the areas of service and spare parts warehouse organisation, as well as sales and service marketing.

Why do companies use your support?

In the projects we have carried out, we have successfully implemented changes in processes and attitudes and achieved business goals supported by quality and performance indicators. I think that the results “speak for themselves” and bring new projects to be implemented.

What do you like most about your job?

In my work, I find satisfaction in acquiring new skills and passing on my existing skills in practice. I value a workshop approach to training, in which participants are actively involved in developing their skills.

And what is the most challenging?

Nowadays, the environment and situation are so dynamic that it is not enough to find your place in the new reality yourself, but the trick is to “open” the participants of the project or training to these changes and keep them permanently involved in new challenges.

What companies/industries do you enjoy working with?

Automotive has always been my passion and, as such, remains the main area of my professional interest.
