What role does your own business experience play in consulting?
My own business experience plays a very important role in my work as a consultant/trainer. It is a very helpful tool that allows me to build greater credibility in the eyes of the client. Thanks to the fact that I have had contact with various aspects of running a business, I am able to better understand the client’s perspective and identify the problems they may face.
With my own business experience, I understand the realities of business, and this allows me to use specific examples that help in understanding various aspects, from hard indicators to people management issues. In addition, I can offer practical tips on how to solve problems and avoid mistakes that I or my other clients have experienced.

Why do companies use your support?
Firstly, my several years of professional experience allow me to look at problems from different perspectives, identify their causes and offer effective solutions. I am a good listener, so I can be sure that what is important to the client is heard.
Secondly, my approach to problem solving is very practical, which means that I focus on what works in practice, not just in theory. This translates into real benefits for the client.
Thirdly, the companies I work with on consulting projects appreciate the fact that, as a consultant, I am not emotionally involved in the company, which allows me to look at the situation with distance and propose new and effective solutions.
Fourthly, I am an energetic, communicative person with a positive attitude towards people and my surroundings. I am fun to work with.
