What has your career path been like so far? Who have you worked with?

I have been involved in finance in the automotive industry for 15 years. My experience includes working with dealerships and importers, collaborating with brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Opel and KIA. This has given me the opportunity to learn about business processes from different perspectives and understand how to effectively combine financial issues with the day-to-day operations of sales and service.

What do you do at MYB?

At Mind Your Business, I work on consulting projects in the area of finance and process management in automotive companies. I support clients in optimising their operations, implementing modern solutions and integrating digital tools that improve both the financial and operational sides of their business.

What role does your own business experience play in consulting?

A huge one. It is my practical experience – both at the dealer and importer level – that allows me to look at the business as a whole. I know what everyday finances look like at a dealership, but also what the requirements and expectations are at headquarters. This allows me to propose solutions that are tailored and implementable in real-world conditions.

Why do companies use your support?

Companies appreciate my experience in designing and implementing individual solutions – such as daily transfers after vehicle delivery, online multistock or Otomoto integrations with DMS systems. They know that I propose solutions that are not theoretical, but proven and bring measurable results.

What do you like most about your job?

I get the most satisfaction when an implemented project begins to really change the day-to-day work of a company. When processes become simpler and the team sees that this saves them time and energy – that’s the best reward.

And what is the most challenging?

The most difficult thing is to find the golden mean between innovation and practicality. Solutions must be modern, but above all, useful and tailored to the realities of a specific company.

What companies/industries do you like to work with?

The automotive industry is obviously closest to my heart, especially projects combining finance, sales and process digitalisation. This is where I can best use my experience and create solutions that bring measurable benefits to companies.
